Rising star Kindness Ifeanyi, a graduate of C2E Sports Academy, has earned a call-up to the Nigeria U-17 women’s national team, the Flamingoes, following her impressive performances for Bayelsa Queens.
Ifeanyi, who operates as a winger, has continued to make waves in Nigerian women’s football with her pace, skill, and direct attacking style. She was instrumental in Bayelsa Queens’ historic sixth NWFL Premiership title, consistently stretching defenses and creating scoring opportunities from the flanks.
Her standout displays extended to the 2025 FA Cup, where she registered four goals and two assists, alongside a Man of the Match award. Those performances underlined her ability not just as a creator but also as a decisive finisher in front of goal.
Known for her trademark ability to take on defenders one-on-one, Ifeanyi’s fearless wing play has made her a constant threat to opposition backlines. Her call-up to the Flamingoes is widely seen as a deserved reward for her hard work, consistency, and impact at the club level.
The talented youngster will now look to carry her club form onto the international stage, as the Flamingoes prepare for upcoming fixtures in their bid to continue Nigeria’s proud tradition in women’s youth football.
This milestone also reflects the growing reputation of C2E Sports Academy as a breeding ground for emerging football talent in Nigeria.
