IBOM ANGELS AND C2E SPORTS ACADEMY SHARE THE SPOILS IN A THRILLING 3-3 DRAW

Ibom Angels, a team in the NWFL (top women’s league in Nigeria) and C2E Sports Academy served up an entertaining six-goal encounter as both sides settled for a 3–3 draw in a pulsating contest that kept fans on the edge of their seats.
C2E Sports Academy made a blistering start to the match, taking the lead as early as the 8th minute through the in-form Ohuche Agnes, who finished calmly to put the visitors ahead. The hosts responded positively and were rewarded in the 15th minute with an equalizer, shifting the momentum of the game.
Ibom Angels continued to press and completed the turnaround in the 25th minute, taking the lead and energizing the home crowd. However, C2E Sports Academy refused to back down. Just three minutes later, Ohuche Agnes struck again in the 28th minute to restore parity, completing her brace and underlining her importance to the visitors.
The back-and-forth nature of the game continued as Ibom Angels regained the lead once more in the 35th minute, capitalizing on defensive lapses to make it 3–2. As the first half drew to a close, C2E Sports Academy found another lifeline. In the 40th minute, Chika rose highest to head home from a well-delivered corner, bringing the scoreline to 3–3.
The second half saw both teams create numerous chances, with end-to-end football and impressive attacking intent on display. Despite the intensity and quality of opportunities created, neither side was able to find the decisive goal, as finishing let them down in crucial moments.
At full time, the thrilling encounter ended in a deserved draw, with both Ibom Angels and C2E Sports Academy earning a point after a highly competitive and entertaining performance.
